Ron and Debi Habermehl have pastored Alpha & Omega Christian Fellowship in State Park since 1984. Alpha & Omega is a family-centered, multigenerational church with contemporary worship and a variety of ministry opportunities and outreaches for all ages, including operation of the State Park Food Pantry which serves residents of State Park and Fairmont City.
Pastors Ron and Debi attended the Christian Life School of Theology, and are members of the Federation of Ministers and Churches, the Collinsville Area Ministerial Association and City Gates Ministries. They are both in the ministry full time, and each preaches and teaches the Word of God.
In addition to their desire to see people come to Christ and to train and equip the local body, they have a heart for the mission field. They have both ministered in Costa Rica, and Pastor Ron has been to Ghana and Mexico ministering at other churches in the Federation.
They live in Collinsville, Illinois, and have three children and four grandchildren.
